2nd EMIRATES INT'L POSTER FESTIVAL
During the height of COVID-19 pandemic, this festival's theme was "Hope". My poster concept looked at how hope alone cannot provide a solid foundation for solving a global challenge such as the ongoing pandemic. I utilized the metaphor of playing a game of Tetris and how hope, while worthwhile, is not the only thing that we can rely upon for the future. It only works if combined with other attributes like embracing science, innovation and elbow grease.

100 POSTERS FOR HUMAN RIGHTS
For the 70th Anniversary of the United Nations Resolution for Human Rights, I was asked to submit a poster concept to celebrate this very important milestone. Only eight American designers participated, including Milton Glaser, Paula Scher and Seymour Chwast. I was truly honored to be included in this volume. The posters themselves were exhibited in multiple locations including UNESCO World Headquarters; Frankfurt City Hall, United Nations (Geneva); and the Geneva International Airport. My poster concept shows how carrying the torch for human rights leads to Peace.

POSTER FOR TOMORROW: TOP TEN
"Climate Change Bites" was chosen out of 5300 entries to be in the TOP TEN for the Make Extremism History exhibition. This poster was the only one from the USA to be accepted into the TOP TEN. The exhibition occured in France, Iran, Pakistan, Italy, Qatar, Egypt, Greece, Russia, Bosnia/Herzegovina, Morocco, Ecuador, Turkey and in parts of the United States.

Climate Change Bites was added to the permanent collections of the V+A Museum (London, UK); Stedelijk Museum (Breda, Netherlands); DesignMuseum Danmark (Copenhagen, Denmark); Lahti Poster Museum (Lahti, Finland) and Les Arts Decoratifs de Paris (The Louvre, France)

Another poster, "The Benefits of Burning Coal" was also in this exhibition as part of the TOP 100.
